Fueling Accountability: How One Oil Giant Transformed Culture from the Top Down

Our work with one of the nation’s largest oil companies extended us the trust and allowed us the opportunity to engage a multi-year initiative involving Professional Development from leadership to the plant floor employees. This partnership was centered around enhancing the culture of the corporation with greater accountability. We facilitated a series of leadership development modules tailored to specific organization needs, such as, leading with Mission and Values. In addition, we held numerous training sessions for employees focusing on conflict resolution, taking accountability for workplace behavior, and the roles each team member played in actualizing greater productivity and ensuring a healthier workplace environment.
